Mushroom salad in Yerevan
Required products:
200 g mushrooms
30 g bacon
250 g sweet pepper
100 g celery
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. parsley chopped
ground black pepper
Mushrooms cut into slices, bacon - small cubes. Fry the bacon in a hot frying pan until greaves. The fire will decrease, put the mushrooms, fry them. Sprinkle the mushrooms with herbs, stir, remove from heat, cool.
Pepper and celery chop sticks, connect, season with butter, salt and pepper, stir. Place the vegetables on a platter, lay on top of sauteed mushrooms.
