Mushroom soup in hunting
300 g fresh mushrooms
200 g red wine (optional)
75 g onions
40 g bacon
30 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
4 Art. l. cream
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 bouillon cube
ground black pepper
salt
Finely chop the onion, mushrooms, cut into slices, and fry connect on oil.
Add the bacon, fry and sprinkle with flour.
1.25 liters of water to dissolve the bouillon cube, add the mushrooms and bacon and cook the soup to simmer.
When the mushrooms soften, add the cream, pepper and salt, pour the wine.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
