Mushroom salad with celery and bell peppers
For this recipe you will need:
300 g fresh mushrooms
200 g celery (root)
3 pcs. sweet pepper
50 g fat
1/2 glass vegetable fat
2-3 Art. l. wine
1 Art. l. vinegar
5 Garlic - cloves
salt, pepper - to taste
Garlic rubbed with salt, bacon cut into small cubes. Mushrooms clean, rinse, pat dry with a towel, cut into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil, then mix them with bacon and garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add the wine and simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes. Celery cleaned and finely chop. Pepper seeded and cut it into strips. Prepared foods to mix, add vinegar, pepper and fill with vegetable oil.
