Salad with celery and mushrooms
For the recipe You will need:
100 g celery (root)
500 g mushrooms
200 g figure
2 PCs egg
50 g vegetable oil
salt - to taste
Boil the rice. Celery wash, peel and finely chop, saut for 2-3 minutes in vegetable oil. Mushrooms wash, chop finely and saut in vegetable oil 3-4 minutes of the boil hard-boiled Eggs, peeled and chopped. All together, add salt and stir.
