The spicy salad with mushrooms
1 PCs celery - . small size (about 100g)
100 g ham
100 g marinated mushrooms
1 PCs Apple
30 g beets - 1/3 small root (about )
1 potatoes - small tuber
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. mustard
2-3 tbsp. vinegar
herbs, salt, pepper - to taste
Celery greens, wash, chop, celery grate on a coarse grater. To prepare the dressing, mix the mustard, vinegar, vegetable oil, carefully whisking, pour the prepared celery and all leave in a cool place for 1-2 hours. Then add the chopped ham, sliced pickled mushrooms, peeled and seeds, apples, pepper, salt and mix well. Finish the salad, pour the mayonnaise and garnish with greens, chopped boiled potatoes and beets.
