Mackerel salad with mustard dressing
What you need:
1 PCs mackerel hot smoked
400 g young potatoes
8 celery petioles - stalks
1 green onions - beam
3 tbsp. mustard with seeds
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. sunflower oil
Mackerel cleaned from the bones, skin and viscera, to separate the flesh into flakes. Celery washed, cut into thin slices. Green onions cut into rings. For the filling mix the mustard, butter and mayonnaise.
Potatoes wash with a brush, cook "in uniform", slightly cool, cut into slices and immediately mix with the dressing. Add the mackerel, celery, green onion, salt and pepper. Stir and serve warm or chilled.
