Salad with mackerel (2)
Required products:
600 g mackerel fillets
3 PCs boiled potatoes
3 PCs pickled gherkins
2 PCs parsley root
300 g Lecho
200 g cauliflower purple
6 tbsp. green peas canned
some peas to choose? we'll show
250 g mayonnaise
salt , ground black pepper - to taste
Mackerel fillets salt and pepper, wrap in foil, bake in the grill or in the oven until tender. Cool, then cut into cubes.
The roots of parsley, diced and cabbage, divided by koceski, separately boil in a little water. Cool.
Pepper separate from the fill, cut into pieces.
Connect the prepared products, add potatoes and cucumbers, cut into cubes and green peas. Mayonnaise mixed with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of filling from Lecho and pepper. Salad season with mixture, mix well, put in a salad bowl and decorate with greens.
