Salad with mackerel
Required products:
300 g mackerel
3 PCs cucumbers
1 PCs chili pepper
1 PCs egg
3-4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar 3%
1/2 PCs lemon
1 parsley - beam
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Fish clean, be finished on the fillet with the skin, season with salt and pepper. Then connect fillet pairs, paving between thin strips of hot paprika. Soak the fillets in the egg and firmly place on a baking sheet, greased. Pour part vegetable oil and vinegar. Bake in a preheated 200 � C oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool.
Cucumbers cut into slices, season with remaining mixture of oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. Chop half the greens, sprinkle the cucumbers and mix.
Put the cucumber salad on a plate, top, place the baked mackerel, cut into portions. Decorate with slices of lemon and sprigs of parsley.
