Salad in Ossetic
Required products:
200 g the smoked mackerel fillets
2 onion - head
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
5 tbsp. vinegar 3%
1 tsp. mustard
parsley
dill
4 PCs boiled potatoes
Potatoes cut into slices 1 cm thick, onion rings. Mackerel fillets cut into slices. Prepared foods put layers in a salad bowl. Fill vegetable oil, mixed with vinegar and mustard. Decorate with greens.
