Rice salad with mackerel
For this recipe you will need:
200 g rice (long grain)
4 pcs. tomatoes
200 g Mackerel (canned fillets)
1/2 onion chives - beam
1/2 Parsley - beam
2 Art. l. wine vinegar
1 h. l. mustard (not very spicy)
1 Salt - a pinch
1 black pepper (ground) - a pinch
3 Art. l. vegetable fat
4 anchovy - tubes
Figure fill in 3 liters of boiling salted water and cook it on low heat for 15 minutes. Then pour the rice in a sieve to pour cold water and let it drain. 3 tomatoes parboiled, remove them from the skin, cut into pieces and remove the grain. Mackerel fillets break two forks into small pieces, add the rice, tomatoes and mix everything in a bowl. Chives and parsley washed, let them drain and finely chop them. Vinegar mixed with mustard, salt and pepper. Add oil and mix rice salad sauce.
Post a salad infuse, covered, at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remaining tomato slice or eighth-notes. Garnish with lettuce tomato slices and tubes of anchovy.
