Salad "Morning"
Required products:
400 g hot smoked fish (mackerel, cod or catfish)
1 PCs grapefruit
6 PCs the leaves of green salad
100 g the tomatoes
60 g green onions
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. vinegar
ground black pepper

1. Fish be finished on the net fillet, cut into pieces.2. Grapefruit peel and white fibers, slices cut from the membranes. Cut the tomatoes in half. Onion cut into rings. Lettuce nervice.
3. For filling in the vinegar, add salt, pepper, gradually pour in the oil and whisk.
