Required products:

1 PCs the salted herring
what herring to choose? we'll show

1 onion - head

1 PCs tomato

1 PCs peppers

6-8 PCs the leaves of green salad

10 PCs black olives, pitted

For the filling:

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. vinegar 3%

ground black pepper, salt

Herring cut into slices, onion rings, tomato slices, pepper strips.Lettuce shred strips. Olives cut into rings.

For the filling, whisk oil with vinegar, salt and pepper.

Prepared the ingredients of the salad, pour the dressing and toss.
