Herring salad with pepper
Required products:
150 g salt herring fillets
1/2 glass milk

2 PCs tomatoes
1 PCs peppers
2 PCs eggs boiled
1 onion - head
For the sauce:
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. juniper berries ground
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Herring fillets, pour milk, soak 30 minutes, then remove and cut into slices.
Tomatoes, pour over boiling water, remove the skin, flesh cut into slices. Sweet pepper chop sticks.
Eggs cut into slices, onion rings.
For the sauce, the oil will combine with the vinegar, add the juniper berries, salt, pepper and mix.
When applying the prepared ingredients connect, put on a dish lined with lettuce leaves, pour the prepared sauce and decorate with greens.
