Mushroom salad with olives
For this recipe you will need:
1 kg mushrooms (fresh)
100 g green pepper (chopped)
100 g celery
150 g olives (stuffed green)
1 pcs. onion
1 Art. l. dill (chopped)
olive oil
garlic salt, vinegar - sweat taste
Washed and sliced mushrooms to put in boiling water, bring to a boil and discard in a sieve. Mushrooms fill with vinegar and let stand 30 minutes. Again discard mushrooms in a sieve, add chopped peppers, olives, celery, onion, season with oregano, garlic salt and olive oil. Stir, cool and serve.
