Spaghetti with avocado and mushrooms
300 g dry spaghetti
200 g mushrooms fresh
10 black olives b/C
1 garlic clove
1 avocado
1 tomato
1 onions
olive oil
black pepper
salt
Peel, chop onion strips, finely chop the garlic and fry in butter, add chopped straw mushrooms, 3 min fry on high heat.
Ripe avocado peel, remove the seeds, cut into large strips, add to the mushrooms, onion and garlic, then add the chopped tomatoes, put still 3 minutes
Spaghetti boil, adding water in small amount of oil and sunflower.
Olives, cut into rings, add to the vegetables, stir, remove from heat.
Fold the finished spaghetti in a colander, leaving a little water, then add to the vegetables in the pan, pour a little water if the dish is too dry, stir well.
Before serving spaghetti with avocado and mushrooms you can further decorate with olives.
