Potato salad with olives and celery
150-200 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
1 kg young potatoes
60 g chopped parsley
60 g olive oil
60 g white wine vinegar
15-20 olive green b / c
4 stem celery
3 eggs
1 head red onion
1-2 tablespoons soft mustard
pepper
salt
Rinse the potatoes, chop onions and parsley, cook hard boiled eggs.
In salted water boil the potatoes until tender, drain the water, dry off and let the potatoes cool.
Rings cut olives, boiled eggs peel, chop, chop the potatoes random, but not large.
Potatoes and season with salt and pepper, mix with parsley, onions, eggs, olives and chopped celery.
For the filling mix the oil with mustard and vinegar, then add mayonnaise and mix again.
Add to potato salad with olives and celery sauce cooked, remove to chill for an hour.
