Salad perch with olives
Required products:
200 g perch - fillets
12 PCs the marinated olives, pitted
3 PCs the boiled egg
1 green onions - beam
1/2 glass mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
pepper, white pepper, salt to taste
Boiled fillet of pike-perch until tender, cool and finely chop.
Olives chop thin strips, eggs finely chopped.
To connect perch fillet, olives, eggs and chopped green onions. Add salt to taste, put in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise and decorate with greens.
