Required Products:
520 g Sauerkraut
200 g pork pulp
120 g smoked bacon
40 g speck
1 onions - head
100 g Fresh mushrooms
2 glass water
2 Art. l. tomato puree
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 h. l. sugar
dill
ground black pepper
Salt - to taste
120 g boiled sausage

480 g Fresh cabbage
Prepared mushrooms slice fry in part masla.Kvashenuyu cabbage chop.
Fresh cabbage cut into squares, blanch, salt and mix with sauerkraut. Add the diced bacon and fried, pork, cooked sausage, bacon, browned tomato puree and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put the browned onions, sauteed mushrooms, sugar, pepper and salt, chopped parsley.
All stir and simmer on low heat until tender.
