Cucumbers, marinated in Polish
5 glasses water
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar (with gorochkoy)
1 tablespoons salt (without gorochki)
pepper
bay leaves
dill
garlic
Cucumbers go, wash, then pour cold water over night.
In a saucepan pour water, add vinegar, sugar, salt, bay leaves, whole peeled garlic and fennel, bring marinade to a boil.
Arrange the cucumber on banks.
Pour over cucumbers making hot marinade, then sterilized for 25 minutes (banks cover) and roll cucumbers, marinated in Polish, lids.
