Cucumbers in shpreevaldski with thyme
2 kg cucumbers
300 g small onion peeled
10 peas black pepper
6 umbrellas dill / 4 tbsp dried fennel seeds
5 berries Juniper
5 bay leaves
4 cloves garlic
2 sprigs thyme
Marinade:
750 ml water
500 ml spicy vinegar 5%
70 g sugar
40 g salt
Rinse well with cucumber and chop in several places with a toothpick.
Fold the cucumbers in a container, sprinkling with salt (salt to take optional), pour cold water 6 hours to leave, then rinse well under running cold water.

For the marinade pour water into a saucepan, add the vinegar, sugar and salt (40 g, these prescription), to bring everything to a boil, then allow to cool to about 60 degrees.
