Cucumbers, marinated in Danish
1 big cucumber
1/4 cup 5% vinegar / apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
salt
Take a large cucumber and peel it away from the skin, then cut into very thin slices across.
Spread slices of cucumber in a bowl, sprinkling salt layers, each layer prosalivaya.
Suitable in size to cover the bowl and saucer cucumbers, put a heavy yoke on the top time from 1 to 24 hours (if withstand long cucumbers, better to remove them in the fridge).
Thanks to salt cucumber leaves excessive bitterness, they become transparent.
Soaked in salt cucumbers remove from the bowl, rinse under running water from the salt, rinse the bowl and mix it with sugar vinegar, add cucumbers and stir again.
Next, cucumbers, marinated in Danish, add up to a jar and removed for storage in the cold.
