On the bank 3L:

1-1.5 kg small cucumber

4-6 bell peppers

3 cloves garlic

1 bay leaves

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoons sugar

1-1.5 tsp vinegar

dill, cherry, currant, horseradish

Cucumbers, rinse, cover with cold water and leave for 4 hours, then drain the water, cucumbers dry.

Put in sterilized jars dill, currant, horseradish and cherry, bay leaf, garlic and pepper.

Put in jars cucumbers, pour boiling water, cover the jar and leave for 15 minutes.

Drain the liquid from the cans into the pan, turn the heat and put the pot on the stove, add the sugar and salt, bring to a boil.

Pour the prepared brine cucumbers in banks, then pour vinegar and cork cucumber, pickled "home-style" sterile caps.

Banks flip, wrap a warm blanket, clean in a dark place and leave it to cool.
