Pickles for the winter
On the Bank with a capacity of 3l:
4 tbsp. + 0.5 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. + the 1.5 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
8-9 peas allspice
2 garlic cloves
dill
horseradish leaves
the leaves of black currant
It is better to do canning this recipe with small cucumbers, the tops should be cut off.
In sterilized jars to put inflorescences dill, pepper, garlic, horseradish, currants. Then fold cucumbers in jars, pour boiling water over 2 min to drain the water into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, bring to boil, then pour the cucumber, after 2 min again to drain the brine, bring it to the boil, add the vinegar, immediately remove from heat and pour the brine cucumbers.
Banks roll up covers, flip and wrap.
