Bigus with sauerkraut and cold cuts
500 g sauerkraut
180 g pork
150 ml red wine sweet
80 g smoked brisket
60 g sausage

60 g onions
50 g fat
30 g tomato paste
15 g flour
10 g dried mushrooms
10 g salt
1 pinch pepper
Sauerkraut chop, put in a saucepan and simmered.
Pork cut into pieces, fry, passionate finely chopped onion separately with tomato paste, boil the mushrooms and chop, bacon slice and fry.
Add all the prepared ingredients to the cabbage, put out until tender, adding the sausage and bacon, diced, for 10-15 minutes until tender.
After the addition of sausage with bacon add flour seasoning, wine, salt and pepper, stir.
Served stewed cabbage with sauerkraut and cold cuts hot.
