Soup with smoked meat
Ingredients:
2 l the meat broth
200 g beef smoked
100 g ham
100 g bacon, smoked
3 PCs sausage smoked
2 PCs beets boiled
200 g cabbage
1 PCs onion
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. garlic chopped
2 tbsp. tomato puree
2 PCs Bay leaves
8 allspice - peas
Beef, ham, bacon and sausages cut into strips. Beets grate on a coarse grater. Cabbage and onion chop sticks.
Cabbage fry in a pan without oil until Golden brown. Onion and tomato puree spasseruyte in butter.
Strained broth bring to a boil, add meat ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cabbage, onion, tomato and simmer for 10 minutes.
Then place the beets, Bay leaf, salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, add the chopped garlic.
When serving, season the soup with sour cream and sprinkle with herbs.
