Hot appetizer with mushrooms
Required products:
600 g mushrooms
4 tbsp. butter
1 PCs sweet red pepper
1 parsley - beam
4 garlic cloves
1 green salad - head
7 tbsp. vinegar
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Mushrooms, wash and cut into slices. Rinse the greens, drain and finely chop. Pepper remove the core and seeds, wash and cut into cubes and salad - julienne.
Garlic peel, finely chop and saut in butter. Add the mushrooms and herbs, salt and pepper. Pour in the vinegar and add the peppers. Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
When serving, put the snack on a plate on top of the salad. Serve with white bread.
