Mosciska chicken
1,5 kg chicken - 1 piece ()
500 g tomatoes
2 green peppers and red - pod
100 g fresh white mushrooms
125 g smoked ham
1 garlic - clove
6 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 red hot pepper - pod
125 g white wine
sugar - a pinch
salt
2 tbsp. parsley chopped
Washed and obsushenny chicken cut into 8 pieces.
Tomatoes scald, peel, remove seeds and cut into slices. Sweet pepper bake, cool, peel, finely chop. Mushrooms and ham cut into thin slices.
In grated garlic to the Dutch oven heat the oil and fry the chicken until Golden brown.
To the chicken add the prepared vegetables, mushrooms, ham and lightly saut in a hot oven to 200 � C. Then pour in the wine, add salt, pepper, sugar, parsley and simmer under a lid for 30 minutes. Remove the lid, heat for another 10 minutes.
The chicken place on a heated platter and pour the sauce in which it was stewed.
Garnish serve rice crisp.
