Cutlets of chicken in foil
400 g chicken fillet
50 g butter - sauce
100 g fresh mushrooms for the sauce 50g
3 tbsp. ketchup for the sauce - 2 tablespoons
3 tbsp. white wine
50 g onion
greens
salt
sugar
For the sauce, onions and mushrooms chop and passerelle in oil for 5-6 minutes. Pour in the wine, add the ketchup, sugar, salt, chopped parsley and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season with oil and let it cool.
Fillet lightly tenderize, salt. The sheet of foil butter and fold in half. On one half, pour a layer of sauce on it - fillet, chopped mushrooms, pour on top of another layer of sauce. Cover with the second half of the foil, the edges of the wrap, place the envelope with the chicken on the grill and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve the chicken, remove from foil.
