Chicken in foil
2 chicken breast
salt
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
40 g bacon
50 g onion
2 green peppers - pod
1 tbsp. celery greens
curry
1 chicken bouillon - cube
1 tbsp. tomato puree
30 g cheese
Chicken breast lightly tenderize, RUB with salt, cut each in half and fry in vegetable oil.
Bacon cut into cubes and fry it sliced julienne peppers and onions. Add celery greens, a pinch of curry, crumbled stock cube, tomato puree and grated cheese.
The resulting mixture is spread on the chicken pieces, wrap them in foil and bake in preheated oven for approximately half an hour. Serve the chicken hot with potatoes or bread.
