Chicken boats

8 leaves of green salad

1 boiled chicken breast (without skin)

4 tbsp. tomato paste

2 tbsp. sour cream

Chicken breast cut into small pieces.

Combine the chicken with the tomato puree and sour cream, stir.

Put the mixture on lettuce leaves (must be strong), and serve chicken boats as a snack or lunch.
