Potatoes stuffed with bacon and mushrooms
300 g fresh mushrooms
200 g heavy cream (or sour cream)
160 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
150 g bacon
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tsp. chopped cilantro
black pepper
salt
Bacon finely chopped, garlic - chop, combine and fry them in butter.
Add the sliced mushrooms and fry for 4 minutes, then add the cream, pepper and salt to warm up for a minute.
Wash and bake potatoes in foil until tender, without peeling. Incise the potato cross, and add to cut the prepared mixture.
Serve the potatoes in foil, sprinkle before serving, herbs and cheese.
