Potato, baked with tomatoes and cream
8 potatoes
2 tomato
300 g cream (or sour cream)
130 g cheese
50 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
4 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. green onions
black pepper
salt
To put together 2 sheets of foil, fold the edges, like a pan, grease the foil with butter.
Potatoes cut into thin plastics, to put it on the foil, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley and drizzle with cream. Cover the potatoes with a sheet of foil and bake for half an hour on the grill.
Tomatoes sliced thinly, put them on the potatoes, and sprinkle everything with grated cheese, bake for 15 minutes to melt the cheese.
Before serving, sprinkle the potatoes with tomatoes and onions.
