Potatoes baked in foil
12 potato tubers
14 pcs. sage greens
80 g ghee
60 g butter

Wash and dry the potatoes, chop it in several places wooden skewers, then each tuber wrapped in foil.
Bake the potatoes on the grill until done.
Chopped sage and combine it with the pre-whipped cream and melted butter. Molded from a mixture of beads and cool them.
Ready potato tubers cut in half lengthwise, each half to put the ball on oil.
