Pie with mushrooms and potatoes

500 g mushrooms

5 potatoes

2 eggs

1 egg yolk

1 onions

? glass cream

2 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. wheat flour

1 tbsp. chopped dill

1 tbsp. sour cream

? tsp. soda

grated zest of a lemon

Potato peel, boil and grate on a fine grater.

Chop the onion and mushrooms and fry in butter.

Combine the mushrooms and onions and potatoes, add egg, flour, cream, zest, baking soda and herbs, salt and pepper, stir.
