Stewed with potatoes and sour cream mushrooms
400 g mushrooms
300 g potatoes
100 g sour cream
30 g butter

1 tbsp. tomato paste

Rinse, peel the mushrooms, place them in boiling water for 5-6 minutes, immediately put it in a colander, then cut into slices and fry on high heat for 5-7 minutes
The potatoes separately cut into cubes and fry, passionate finely chopped onion and add it to the mushrooms in the pan, continue cooking for another few minutes.
Before serving stewed with potatoes and sour cream mushrooms sprinkle with chopped parsley.
