Zucchini, stewed with mushrooms and tomatoes
600 g zucchini
300 g mushrooms
4 tomato
2 onions
3 tbsp. oil
parsley
sour cream salt
Mushrooms and onions are washed, cleaned, cut into small pieces, fry together, then place in a saucepan.
On the hot oil to fry in the pan, cut into circles zucchini, then add them to the mushrooms and onions.
Add to the pan a little water, add salt, put out, after 10 minutes of fighting add chopped into medium-sized slices of tomatoes, pour the cream, put all until tender.
Served zucchini, stewed with mushrooms and tomatoes sprinkled with herbs, garnish can be boiled or fried potatoes.
