Salad of mushrooms with zucchini
For this recipe you will need:
300 g Marinated mushrooms
2 pcs. zucchini
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 pcs. onion (with feathers)
2 Art. l. fatty cream
salt and black pepper (ground) - to taste
dill
Mushrooms separate from the marinade and rinse. Large specimens cut into 2-4 pieces. Clean zucchini, cut into slices and saut in butter. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate. Onions cut into rings and chop green.
Prepared foods out onto a plate. Arrange salad greens. Cream served separately.
