Salad with apples and zucchini
500 g zucchini
50 g peeled hazelnuts
3 Apple
1 lemon
1 pinch cinnamon
vegetable oil
pepper
salt
Zucchini, rinse well, cut off the tails, cut into circles, each circle cut in half.
Apples wash, Pat dry, do not brush, cut in half, cut out the core and slice the halves into slices.
Heat the frying pan with a little oil, put the zucchini and apples, stir about 3 minutes simmered, pour the lemon juice, season with cinnamon, pepper and salt, reduce heat plate, cover everything with a lid, put out another 7 minutes
Fried mixture out onto a plate, allow to cool, sprinkle salad with apples and zucchini bread with walnuts before serving.
