Salad with apples, walnuts and dates
200 g dates
150 g yogurt
3 apple or pear
1 lemon
4 Art. l. walnuts
Rinse and cut the figs in half, remove seeds, cut into julienne fruit.
Cut in half a lemon, squeeze the juice.
Cut each apple into 4 slices, cut out the core, peel the rind, cut into small slices of apples, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Connect fruit, add nuts and mix.
Put salad with apples, walnuts and dates on a dish and pour the yogurt.
