The zucchini salad
3 kg zucchini (young)
1 kg carrots
1 kg sweet pepper
1 kg onions
150-200 ml vinegar
1/2 glass vegetable oil
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
Slice the zucchini crescents, pepper and onion chop semirings, carrots grate on a coarse grater.
Combine the chopped ingredients, add sugar and salt, vinegar, vegetable oil, stir and boil for 20 minutes
Next canning is done as follows: arrange the salad zucchini on the banks to sterilize them for 15-20 min (banks 0,5 l).
