Salad with zucchini (2nd version)
3 kg zucchini (young)
1 kg carrots
1 kg sweet pepper
1 kg onions
150-200 ml vinegar
2 large tomatoes
glass ? vegetable oil
3 Art. l. sugar
2 Art. l. salt
Chop all the vegetables into cubes.
In vegetable oil until transparent fry the onion, add chopped carrots, zucchini and then put out for 15 minutes, then add the peppers and grated on a coarse grater tomatoes, add sugar, salt and vinegar and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Next canning to do so: to spread zucchini salad in jars, sterilize them for 15-20 minutes (0.5 L).
