Marinated zucchini with vodka
3 l water
150 g salt
75 g sugar
6 Art. l. 9% vinegar
zucchini
vodka
fennel seeds
red pepper
horseradish
leaves of cherry and currant
tarragon
bay leaves
sweet pepper
clove
Cut the zucchini strips, put in jars along with all the seasonings and spices.
Then canning is done as follows: zucchini filled with marinade, marinade for every 5L 125 ml of vodka.
Banks sterilized 1 liter -15 minutes.
On this same recipe can be done canning cucumbers and peppers.
