Delicious zucchini
2 liters of water:
1 glass vinegar 9%
100 g salt
100 g sugar
black pepper
garlic
Bay leaf
horseradish
dill
This recipe for canning zucchini is done in the usual way.
At the bottom of the jar fits pepper, horseradish, garlic, dill and Bay leaf, zucchini and cut it into circles and placed in a jar, poured the marinade.
