Zucchini-pineapple for the winter
One 1l jar:
100 g sugar
zucchini
plum
At the bottom of the jar should be put 10-15 fruits plums, sprinkle sugar.
Zucchini peel, remove seeds, cut into rings or half rings.
Put a piece of zucchini in a jar, then make a layer of plums, again zucchini, top to put the plums.
Then the canning is done in the following way: in a jar filled with cold water, sterilized for about 20 minutes, then roll up the jar lid.
To taste the zucchini, canned for this recipe, very similar to the canned pineapple.
