Appetizer with plums and zucchini

300 g drain

200 g zucchini

100 g sour cream

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 garlic clove

salt

Remove the drain the seeds and chop them, crush the garlic.

Clean the zucchini and grate them on a coarse grater, salt, place in a preheated pan, greased with butter, simmer until cooked.

For 5 minutes until cooked add plums, sour cream and garlic, stir and heat.

Before serving, put in a salad bowl.
