Marinated zucchini
500 g zucchini
100 ml sunflower oil

Cut the squash peel, cut into thin strips slicer, put in a container, add salt, 15-20 min to leave.
Pass through a garlic press, combine vegetable oil, vinegar, honey, pepper, add chopped parsley, stir.
Drain squash separated liquid, squeeze the zucchini, pour the prepared marinade, stir.
Remove marinated zucchini in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
