Squash salad harvesting
5 kg zucchini
200 g carrots
100 g garlic
1 a handful of fennel seeds
Marinade:
200 g sugar
? l water
? l vegetable oil
2.5 Art. l. salt
1 Art. l. acetic acid
Combine all the ingredients for the marinade to boil in a saucepan, then add the marinade diced zucchini, grated on a coarse grater carrots, garlic passed through the press and other components of the mix.
Boil squash salad preform another 5 minutes, hot roll up to the banks.
