Zucchini with sweet pepper
4 sweet pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 head onions
10 tsp salt

For the marinade:
250 ml 6% vinegar
1 glass sugar
1.5 tablespoons dry mustard
1.5 tablespoons dried tarragon
saffron
Rinse peppers and zucchini, zucchini cut into circles to 1 cm thick, remove the seeds from the peppers and cut the stalk their semicircles.
Clear, chop the onion rings, chop the garlic.
Put all the prepared vegetables in a bowl, salted, shift ice cubes, leave for 3 hours, so that they present, drain the water.
Layers put vegetables in a jar (sterilize it in advance).
For the marinade mix the vinegar, sugar, mustard, saffron and tarragon, bring everything to a boil, pour the hot marinade over vegetables, roll up the banks and remove the squash with sweet peppers for storage in a cool place.
