500 g cucumbers

3 sour Apple

2-3 onions

2 sweet red pepper

To prepare the marinade:

300 g water

125 g sugar

? glass vinegar 24%

2 tsp. mustard seeds

1 tsp. salt

In this recipe canning combine immediately and pickled cucumbers, and peppers, and apples. Original and tasty recipe for canning.

First, prepare the marinade: water, bring to boil, add sugar and salt, mustard seeds, stir, remove from heat and pour in the vinegar.

Apples, cucumbers, onions and peppers are cut into cubes or small slices. Is canning: vegetables spread out on the banks and pour the hot marinade, then banks need to be pasteurized (depending on capacity) and roll up.
