5 kg sweet pepper

1 kg carrots

1.5 glass vinegar

1.5 glass sugar

1.5 glass water

1.5 glass vegetable oil

Simple recipe for canning peppers.

Cut the peppers middle slices, pour boiling water, let cool, put in a pan, sprinkling garlic, grated carrots and greens.

Of water, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar to prepare the marinade, pour over peppers.

Remove peppers in a pan in the refrigerator for 4-5 days, then canning is done so: pepper shifted into sterile jars, filled with the same marinade, banks are sterilized for 5 minutes, then roll back covers.
